well AliExpress app keeps malfunctioning and not importing my address to the seller which caused my item to get sent back to the seller so I never received my product. However, I did get another one before but it was smaller (40cm) and didn't really work for my 9lb chihuahua which is why I wanted to try the 50cm. Anyways the product is nice and the seller did give me a refund because the shipper sent it back to them thank goodness. Oh and had the address made it on the package it would had been a fast delivery.
